Back to Nha Trang ServicesWho we are
Nha Trang Services is based in Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam. For privacy questions, contact hello@nhatrangservices.com.
Information you choose to send
We receive information you actively send through WhatsApp, email, Facebook or another communication channel you select. This may include your contact details and the information needed to understand and coordinate your request.
Quick Request
The Quick Request Builder runs locally in your browser. Selecting a topic or typing a note does not send anything to Nha Trang Services. The information leaves the page only when you choose to continue in WhatsApp or by email.
Browser storage
The website may save your selected language in local browser storage. Temporary session storage is also used to preserve your place on the page when you switch languages. We do not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics cookies, so this site does not show a cookie-consent banner.
Technical and email providers
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and may process standard technical request data needed for security and reliable delivery. Brevo is part of our email infrastructure; the Quick Request does not connect to Brevo from your browser and does not expose email credentials.
External channels
When you continue through WhatsApp, Facebook or another external service, that provider’s own terms and privacy rules apply. Email is opened through the email application you choose.
Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, coordinate requested support, maintain service communication, and operate and secure our technical services. Nha Trang Services does not sell personal data.
Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion or another applicable data-protection action. Contact hello@nhatrangservices.com so we can review your request.
